T&C Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Lesson Bookings
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can either be transferred to a future booking or refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Gift Vouchers
All vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date and cannot be extended.
Block Bookings
Block booking payments are non-refundable.
If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, the lesson credit can be carried forward and used towards a future lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
All lessons included within a block booking must be used and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In exceptional cases, cancellations and refunds may be considered at management’s discretion. Any decision made will be based on the individual circumstances and is not guaranteed.
